Update on ballots, election status

by Frank LeFever, 12/4/07

If you requested a replacement ballot, send us details (copies of emails to Election Supervisors, with headings showing dates). [email: fflefever AT yahoo.com]

If you have RECEIVED a replacement ballot, tell us. Keep the envelope and tell us the postmark date. Do NOT mail the ballot ANYWHERE.

Hold on to it until the court determines a way to safely merge QUALIFIED late ballots with those collected before Nov. 20.

Do these things even if you voted at the station. We do not yet know how preparing to issue replacement ballots (mailed or not mailed) will affect those votes.

The temporary restraining order CONTINUES in force. The trial is just beginning.

Please pass the word to everyone you know who might have requested a replacement ballot (or notified the ES of failure to receive a ballot), and everybody you know who may have received a ballot belatedly. WBAI should be broadcasting this.
